1. Marketplace role
SSC provides catalog, listing, auction, communication, order-status and dealer-coordination tools. SSC does not authorize possession through an order confirmation, accepted offer or winning bid. The licensed transferor and applicable government processes control whether and when a regulated item may be transferred.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- Users must be adults, provide accurate and current account information, protect their credentials and use the service only for lawful purposes.
- Eligibility, age, identity and location are verified by the licensed dealer before a regulated transfer. A buyer must not purchase for a prohibited person or misstate the actual transferee.
- SSC may suspend an account or transaction for suspected fraud, prohibited conduct, inaccurate information, sanctions risk or legal/compliance review.
3. Seller standards
- A seller must lawfully own the item or be authorized to sell it, disclose any lien or claim, and never list stolen, counterfeit or unlawfully possessed property.
- Listings must accurately identify make, model, caliber, configuration, condition, known defects, included components, sale format, price, shipping/handling terms and any seller-specific return policy.
- Photos must depict the listed item or be clearly identified as stock images. Visible damage and material wear must be shown. Public listings may use only the final four serial characters; full regulated records remain in authorized dealer systems.
- SSC may review, correct, reject, pause or remove a listing. “Verified” means the listed SSC intake steps were completed; it is not a guarantee of future performance.
4. Bids, offers and Buy Now
- A submitted bid is a commitment to complete the purchase if it wins, subject to these terms, dealer acceptance and legal eligibility. An accepted offer or Buy Now selection creates the same conditional purchase commitment.
- Shill bidding, coordinated price manipulation, false bids, bid interference and attempts to move an introduced transaction off-platform to avoid fees are prohibited.
- SSC may cancel or unwind a transaction when required by law or dealer review, or because of fraud, a material listing error, duplicate inventory, payment failure, ineligibility or inability to complete the lawful transfer path.
5. Fees and payment
SSC displays applicable listing fees, optional placement/services, buyer marketplace fees, seller success fees and payment terms before commitment. Taxes, shipping, insurance, dealer transfer charges, government charges and third-party services are separate unless expressly itemized. A completed optional listing service may be nonrefundable; transaction-specific refund treatment follows the disclosed checkout terms and applicable law. Only payment methods expressly enabled by SSC may be used.
6. Dealer and NFA transfer
- The buyer must select or confirm an eligible receiving dealer when required. Dealer license and SOT status are verified before the location is presented as active on the SSC map.
- Dealer-to-dealer and dealer-to-customer transfers use the applicable current ATF process, which may include Form 3, Form 4, fingerprints, photographs, background checks and Form 4473. No site status authorizes early possession.
- Users must not personally ship, hand off or redirect a suppressor unless the responsible licensed dealer provides transaction-specific written instructions.
7. Inspection, returns and cancellations
Buyers must inspect a suppressor and included items at the receiving dealer before accepting the final transfer. Unless the item-specific listing or applicable law provides otherwise, a suppressor sale becomes final after the buyer accepts the regulated transfer. A claimed material misdescription or defect must be reported before acceptance whenever observable. Reversing an NFA transfer may require another approved transfer, dealer handling and additional fees. Accessories and merchandise follow their item-specific return policy and any manufacturer warranty.
8. Shipping and fulfillment
Shipping labels and tracking are issued only for a dealer-authorized route. Risk, insurance, signature requirements, carrier eligibility and delivery acceptance follow the disclosed order terms and the responsible dealer’s instructions. SSC may hold shipment until required license documents and transaction checks are complete.
9. Content, privacy and communications
A user keeps ownership of submitted content but grants SSC a limited license to host, reproduce, resize and display it for the listing and marketplace operations. The user confirms they have the necessary rights. SSC may moderate content. Personal information is handled under the applicable privacy notice; marketing email or text consent is separate from transactional communications and may be withdrawn through the provided controls.
10. Disputes and contact
Users should preserve the listing, photos, messages, payment record and dealer documentation and contact SSC promptly through the support form. Any production arbitration, venue, warranty limitation, liability limitation and governing-law language must be finalized by counsel and presented for affirmative acceptance before live commerce launches.
